A fairly challenging piece for 5 players of higher intermediate standard. Ideal for a schools senior percussion ensemble
It is in minimalist form with a build up of sound as each instrument enters the music. The snare drum player needs to take care over the very quiet snare roll. There are quite complex cross rhythms.

Instrumentation:
Percussion 1: Tambourine, optional Mounted Tambourine (2 beaters required), Triangle, Whistle
Percussion 2: Cabasa (mounted if poss), W/B, 2xC/B’s
Percussion 3: Snare Drum
Percussion 4: Drum Kit, Roto-toms
Percussion 5: Bass Drum, Cymbal, Tam Tam, 25’ Timpani
